People Stars - Industry Newcomer (less than 3 years’ experience)
These categories offer an incredible platform to celebrate the greatest and brightest minds in PR agencies and in-house roles, recognising the exceptional talent and innovation that shapes our field.
Entry is open to any European based PR or public affairs professional working either in-house or agency side.
Judges will select a shortlist from the three categories (Industry Newcomer, Over 10 Years Experience and Under 10 Years Experience) to make up the PRWeek People Stars 2026 list. Each person on the list will be given a dedicated profile on PRWeek.co.uk, following in the footsteps of the '30 under 30'.
At the awards ceremony, we will reveal the Gold Winners for each subcategory.
Newcomer: Consultancy - Corporate
Consultancy - Corporate. Covering both entirely or largely corporate, including public affairs
Entries from nominees for these categories will not be accepted, they must be made by a nominator (usually a line manager or similar).
Newcomer: In-House
In House - Private Sector

Newcomer: Consultancy - All rounders
Consultancy - All-rounders. Covering a genuine all round mix of work including consumer, corporate and other audiences

Entries are open to any agencies or in-house teams operating within Europe. Entries should focus on the last 2 years and can include any ongoing activity. Organisations may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others and may enter any number of times.
Mid-Size Consultancy (30 to 99 employees)
Entries are open to any agencies or in-house teams operating within Europe. Entries should focus on the last 2 years and can include any ongoing activity. Organisations may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others and may enter any number of times.
Large Consultancy (100+ employees)
Entries are open to any agencies or in-house teams operating within Europe. Entries should focus on the last 2 years and can include any ongoing activity. Organisations may submit entries on behalf of themselves or others and may enter any number of times.
